- allocate all available parts and orders to existing sales orders; create order

approximately $100,000 per year, cut cycle times by 50-75%, reduced inventory,

workflow and workload. (Project duration 2.5+ years).
• Reengineer software
at Network Equipment - take lump sum payments and apply them automatically to
oldest invoices first, eliminating 5-10 manhours per week of manual application.
• Design process for TRW recovering 30% of disk space, reducing
fragmentation; eliminate/delay drive purchases.
• Develop reengineered
software at Methode Electronics to eliminate work orders; process through
backflushing, allowing for exceptions. Resulted in saving 5-10 manhours per
week.
• Reengineer software for Physical Inventory into automated tag
printing and data entry functions, reducing manhours at least 80%. (Various

• Operate a successful consulting business for 10+ years, servicing
